Submission of this form does not guarantee cabin availability, that’s why we encourage you to get information to us as soon as possible and we strongly recommend you putting down a deposit with your reservation(s) even though your not obligated too, situations can change at any time without prior notice Based On Deposit Cruise Inventory Bookings. If you are requesting MULTIPLE CABINS, you must complete a separate request form for EACH cabin. Thank You!

•The form is received by a travel agent coordinator and is entered in the system within 24 hours. A confirmation invoice or If that one cabin is not available then we can place them close to it if they choose so. This confirmation is emailed to you and if paying in full or creating a payment plan of your choice. Funds are due at that time or a deposit is due if deposit wasn’t made in beginning reservation form. Please make sure email information is correct. There is at least a 72 hour hold without deposit before reservation is place in inactive and deleted. No exceptions!

Air Travel: You NEED a passport to enter (or re-enter) the USA!

As of January 23, 2007, ALL persons, including U.S. citizens,traveling by air between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean and Bermuda are required to present a valid passport to enter (or re-enter) the United States.

Cruise Travel:

As of January 1, 2008, subject to U.S. Government amendment, ALL persons,including U.S. citizens, traveling between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda may be required to present a valid passport or other documents as determined by the Department of Homeland Security.

We strongly recommend traveling with a US Passport even if your cruise line does not require it -- those most cruise lines do require passports.

Payment Procedures and Plans

Unless specifically indicated otherwise, a Deposit is due with each Reservation. The balance of the payment can be paid pursuant to one of the multiple Payment Plans we offer to fit your needs. The Payment Plan election is made at the time of the Reservation. Additional Port Charges/Taxes/Gratuities (due with the Balance Due).

•       All reservations require a non-refundable deposit.

•       Submission of this form does not guarantee cabin availability, that’s why we encourage you to get information to us as soon as possible and we strongly recommend you putting down a deposit with your reservation(s) even though you’re not obligated too, situations can change at any time without prior notice Based On Deposit Cruise Inventory Bookings and Timing of Cabin Availability. Even though you’re not obligated to putting down a deposit at time of reservation. There is at least a 72 hour hold on reservation without deposit before reservation is place in inactive and deleted. No exceptions!

•       Need Deposit based on cruise events and automation receipt or acknowledgement back to email.

Cancellation Policy
All payments made for a Reservation are non-refundable at the time of payment. Guests are urged to purchase Travel Insurance to offset this risk. Please note that insurance may be purchased up to 48 hours prior to sailing, but to provide coverage on the widest variety of circumstances, it must be purchased within 14 days of the initial deposit.

We strongly encourage the purchase of Travel Insurance, not only to cover the risk of cancellation and inability to sail, but also to cover special costs and expenses that may occur during the cruise, such as medical expenses, emergencies, etc.
